He has created a barbershop environment that caters to busy professionals, emphasizing time management and customer satisfaction. Building on this success, Mike developed the Amplify program to help barbers and stylists unlock their potential and increase their annual revenue.
It covers key areas such as content marketing, pricing strategies, business structuring, mindset development, client retention, and enhancing haircut quality and efficiency.
Mike faced several challenges with his existing Amplify program. His primary goal was to increase student engagement and course completion rates, ensuring that more students would not only start but finish the course. He wanted the course to have the prestige and depth of an MBA program tailored specifically for barbers and stylists. Additionally, Mike sought to understand the rationale behind any changes I made to his program, emphasizing the importance of learning from the process to improve the program continuously.
